Going bowling brought me back to my bowling league days in grade 8. Every week we would get together to practice for an upcoming tournament; gum ball machines, cool (nasty) old shoes, and greasy fries--it was heaven. Our team name....The Alley Gators. After practicing weeks on end I went from throwing triples to strikes in no time, I was feeling pretty good.
It was a Tuesday evening and The Alley Gators were rivalling the Bowling Stones. My teammate had just bowled a strike and she skipped back to the seats with cheers and high fives. I was up next. I nervously grabbed my ball and approached the lane. Starting as I usually did in practice I backed up five steps and quickly made my way towards the middle arrow about to release my ball. As my hand swung back I could feel it slipping away, and before I knew it I heard the ball land on the hard cement floor and roll to one of the opposing team members feet. It was mortifying. I sat back down, not talking to anyone out of embarrassment and waited until it was my turn again. My second time I redeemed myself with a strike and (no thanks to me) The Alley Gators won the first round of the tournament. Soon thereafter I realized bowling wasn't my thing and I moved onto rock climbing.
A 'land of beautiful women' post has been past overdue and after I was introduced to Michaella through a mutual friend I thought she would be the perfect way to start the summer series off. We had tons of fun with Gary sneaking onto the bowling alley in our four inch heels while attempting to play a game. She's a sweetheart with a bright future, beautiful face and amazing legs!
Here's a little bit about Michaella...
1. What's the snack situation?
I love jalapeño havarti cheese, crackers, and prosciutto!
2. Three emojis to describe yourself...
3. Your ideal boyfriendscloset would be David Furnish, Fetty Wap, or Douglas Booth?
Douglas Booth for sure!
4. Are you working on anything right now? Or do you have anything coming up?
I'm working on an audition for a short film. I'm working on writing music, and I'm mostly focusing on finishing my education.
5. Where do you ideally see your career going when you're finished your degree?
When I'm finished my undergrad (ABJAC degree: Aboriginal Justice and Criminology, major is sociology), I plan to go to law school in hopes of becoming a Criminal Lawyer.
